How many tacos do you serve per person?

Our taco algorithms show that people will eat approximately 4-5 tacos. Keep in mind that some will eat less, and some will eat more, but it will average out to approximately 4-5 tacos per person.

Are sales tax applied?

Yes, uncle sam needs his share of tacos, and all sales taxes are applied depending on your city (zip code).

Are you insured?

Yes we are! Not your regular neighborhood taco caterer, we have a 1 million dollar policy to make sure we got you covered in case of any unforeseen accidents. We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request (most parks require this).

Are your cooks Serv Safe Certified?

Yes, all the cooks we employ are Serv Safe certified.

Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in Hawaiian Gardens, but make sure to schedule office visits in advance.

How much space is required?

We can work in small spaces, but 8x8 is ideal.  We have different size taco carts depending on the size of your event, they vary from 3-5 ft x 2.5 ft.

Do you cook onsite?

Absolutely! Half the fun of hiring a taco caterer is watching us cook all the food fresh, right before your eyes! We arrive approximately an hour before serving.  We also offer drop off service, if you're just in it for the delicious food!
